Metro College Of Nursing, organized a seminar on " Entrepreneurship, Globalisation of Nursing Leadership and Innovation , Introduction to International Career Pathways on 1st May 2024 to achieve the vision of our respected Managing Director, Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta to revolutionize local & global health care through improvement in Nursing education. Ms. Shailadi Gupta, Holistic Wellness Coach and Nurse Entrepreneur at Kindshell International gave insight to improve the teaching methods & to plan different skillsets for providing care in the field of Chronic Disease Management, Geriatric care, Hospice & Palliative care.
There was active participation from the target audience which made the session lively and interactive.
The seminar was very well received by the participants and had a positive impact.
