Metro College of Nursing, organized an online Faculty development Programme on the topic New Age Leadership Skill: Strategic Mindset on 29th April 2022.
The keynote speaker was Dr. Prema Balusamy, Associate Professor, Department of Nursing, University of Hafr Al Batin, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Prof. Pravin Prakash P, Principal, College of Nursing, gave the welcome address. Dr. Kanak Lata, MCHSR's Director of Education, presented her thoughts and gave the opening address. The keynote speaker Dr. Prema Balusamy, had talked strategic thinking New age leadership techniques for young leaders as well as future leaders to be proactive and take control of your own fate in a really interactive session.
The FDP attended by the faculty & the students of MCHSR and the session ended with healthy discussion among the participants.
