Mr. IshwarPrasad Pathaniais currently working as Assistant Professor and HODin Department of Paramedical Sciences at Metro College of Nursing, Greater Noida.In past, he hasalso served as Assistant Professor and Officiating HOD of Department of BiotechnologyatHIMT Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. He worked for the Clinical Trial unit of Ranbaxy Laboratoriesas Research Analyst (and as Study Coordinator of Drug Trails) at Fortis Hospital, Noida. Additionally, he also gained research experience from reputed institutes such as Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, New Delhi and MRD Life Sciences (Lucknow) in the areas of cloning & expression of therapeutic proteins, gene sequencing, plant tissue culturing and analysis of anti-microbial activity of different compounds from plant extracts. During his professional career in research and academics, he has shouldered many responsibilities such as HOD, Department Coordinator, Member of Examination Committee, Admission In-Charge, Academic Course Coordinator, Organizing Member of Technical and Cultural Events, In-charge for Student Scholarships, Research Analyst and Study Coordinator on “in patient Drug Trials” etc.
