Prof. Pravin Prakash is an outstanding academician and an excellent administrator in the nursing profession. He was associated with Metro family since 2019 in the post of Associate Professor. Observing his commendable work and his passion towards profession and organization, he has been promoted as the Principal of Metro college of Nursing & Paramedical.
He graduated and Post graduated in Paediatric Nursing from Navodaya College of Nursing, Raichur, Karnataka and associated with Navodaya education trust, Raichur from 2002 to 2014, then joined as HOD Paediatric nursing Ind-swift group of colleges, Patiala Dist, BFUHS, Punjab from 2014 to 2018, After that joined as HOD Pediatric nursing dept. Swami Vivekanda Subharti University, Meerut, U.P from 2018 to 2019 before joining metro family.
Also holds master trainer for kangaroo mother care (initiated by KMC foundation of India), PG Diploma in Health care informatics, a registered member of TNAI and published many international and national research paper. Research supervised/Guided 26 masters and many graduate researches.
He has been appointed as chief reviewer of International Journal of Paediatric Nursing (IJPEN), Red flower Publication Lts. He is an inspector of UP State Medical Faculty and other Governing Bodies of Nursing of state and central.
Worked as question paper moderator, question paper setter and practical examiner in various universities. Most popular and best organizer award 2017 Ind-swift group of colleges. And also participated as an eminent speaker in many state level and national level conferences and Seminars. Organized international, national and state level conferences, workshops, seminars and guest lecture.
