Celebrating World Environment Day 2024! The Metro College of Health Sciences & Research (Nursing, Paramedical & Pharmacy) came together on June 5th to celebrate World Environment Day under the theme, "Land Restoration: From Desertification to Transformation.”
Dr. Kanak Lata, Director-Education, along with Dr. Praveen Kumar Gaur, Principal-MCP, Prof. Pravin Prakash, Principal-MCN, Dr. Krishan Kumar Verma, Vice Principal-MCP, and our dedicated faculties, staff, and students, kick-started the event by planting saplings. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a greener and more sustainable environment.
Special kudos to the 5th semester B.Sc Nursing students who planted saplings at CHC Bhangel and CHC Bisrakh, with Dr. Sachindra MOIC gracing the occasion. 
The event also featured model exhibitions, student presentations on desertification and land degradation, and interactive workshops offering practical solutions for sustainability.
