FRESENIUS KABI has organized campus pool drive recruitment on 30th May 2023 in Metro College of health sciences & research (Pharmacy) for the post of Sales Medical Representative
Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. Company products and services are used for the therapy and care of critically and chronically ill patients. HR team has given the pre placement talk which includes the essentials about the job description and the Company profile.
Interview team arrived at 09.30 am in the college campus, welcomed all the team members by giving flower bouquet. Ms. Sakshi Minocha introduced the entire panel to the students. Company HR Mr. Pranav delivered the introduction of company and job profile of interview.

The drive was coordinated by Dr. Rosaline Mishra started with warm welcome of Fresenius kabi team. This was followed by small presentation by Mr. Pranav & Mr. Tarkesh which gave detailed knowledge of company. After that aptitude test was conducted, students qualifying the aptitude test was then interviewed personally by the respective HR person & students selected in this finally interviewed technically.
Overall experience and feedback of the Fresenius Kabi team was very positive as the need of their organization to search the right talent to drive its business objectives is fulfilled by our students. Students were happy because they know that working with Fresenius Kabi is the right environment to grow and achieve their career goals. Programme was concluded by giving bouquets and gift as token of appreciation and respect to the panel members. Panel members were very keen in conducting Campus recruitment drive next year also.

Create demand for company products. • Implement the company’s sales and marketing strategies Develop key loyal customers. • Achieve sales targets. •Sell proper product mix. •Handle customer complaints as per the set norms. Main Accountabilities • Plan and schedule customer calls and visit customers as per planned and targeted call frequency. • File daily call reports in SMMS as per company norms & submit other relevant reports as per business requirements.
