The Training & Placement Cell of Metro College of Health Sciences & Research (Pharmacy) has organized a special event for the students of B.Pharm IV year, B.Pharm III year, B.Pharm II year and D.Pharm II year to make them Industry ready. The online Personality Development session was organized on 23/02/2022 (Wednesday), in association with Translumina Therapeutics, New Delhi.
Mr. Ehsan Reza, GM, Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness, Translumina Therapeutics, New Delhi addressed the students and elaborated the technical aspects of interviews. He talked about the concepts/viewpoints, the interviewee has to keep in mind while preparing for an Interview.
He also elaborated about the Interview tips which will help students during the Interview. He also highlighted about THE BIG FIVE which include Openness, Conscientious Neuroticism, Agreeableness and Extrovert and emphasized that THE BIG FIVE will help the students to excel in their Career. He also highlighted about The Myers-Briggs Indicator which depicts the personality test of the Interviewee. He talked about the important steps to build confidence, etiquette to follow during the Interview and how to answers the questions if answer is not known.
A vote of thanks was given by Dr. Niharika Lal, Associate professor, MCHSR to all especially to Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta, MD, MCHSR, Dr. Kanak Lata, Director Education for their support in organizing the program.
