Voter’s day is celebrated every year to encourage more young voters to take part in the political process; Government of India has decided to celebrate January 25th every year as National Voters' Day.
This day signifies the importance of voting and selecting the leader with the maximum votes, who will in future help in developing a particular area and solve the issues of the common people. Every year a theme is decided, according to which the event was planned and various competitions were held in MCHSR. National Voters Day 2020 theme was ‘Electoral Literacy for Stronger Democracy’ on the behalf of 10th National Voter’s day. All the members of MCHSR pledged the oath ceremony in the college premises. On this occasion the Poster Competition based on Voter’s day was conducted among the Department of pharmacy on dated. All students actively participated and delivered speech also. The winners of 1st prize were Diksha Mishra, Priya and Himanshu Rawat (B.Pharm 1st year). 2nd prize winners were Manisha (B.Pharm 2nd year). 3rd prize winner were Naveen, Bhupendra Malik, Piyush Yadav and Rahul (B.Pharm 1st year).
