Metro College of Pharmacy has organized the Fresher’s party “ZEST 2k20” for the new batch of B. Pharm. and D. Pharm on 20th February 2020.
Program was started by enlighting the lamp by Dr. Kanak Lata, Director Education; Dr. Surendra Lalwani; Principal Pharmacy; Mrs. Pranati Barua; Principal Nursing, Prof. Sameer Rastogi, Vice Principal Pharmacy and administrative staff.
They have addressed the students by giving their blessings and motivational speech. The event was started with various activities like solo singing; dance, role plays, poetry and mime show were performed by the students of B. Pharm. first and third year in first round. Mime show was heart touching in which students were performed the play of acid attack. In second round each student of new batch introduced himself/herself and intellectual questions were asked by the selected contestants to test their knowledge, thinking, perspective, confidence and proficiency on the basis of which Himanshu Rawat;Mr. Fresher, Priya; Ms. Fresher, Diksha Mishra; Ms. Talent, Mohd. Shahid Hussain; Mr. Talent, Khushboo Sharma; Ms. Performer and Yogesh Kumar; Mr. Performer, Chesta Singh; Ms Evening and Mohan Sharma; Mr. Evening were awarded. Topper students subject proficiency awards and sports award were distributed to the students. Cash prize was awarded to Ms. Tanya Singh and Ms. Ramandeep Kaur.
All the staff members of MCHSR viz., Mrs. Neha William Ronald, Mr. Sagar Kumar, Mrs. Akankshi, Mrs. Kanika Nayak, Mrs. Anupam, Mrs. Himani Vishnoi, Mrs, Aditi, Ms. Rashmi Singh, Ms. Komal Bhati were organized and conducted the event. Vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Himani Vishnoi an event coordinator. All the students have enjoyed the Fresher’s party and came out like a shining star.
