The world environment day is celebrated every year on 5th June to raise global awareness to take positive environmental action to protect nature and the planet earth. It is a day that reminds everyone on the planet to get involved in environment friendly activities. People come together to pledge towards building a greener planet. Keeping this aim in view, Metro College of Health
Sciences & Research celebrated ‘World Environment Day’ on 5th June 2022. The program started at 10:00 am. Students of D.Pharm and B.Pharm participated in celebrations of World Environmental Day enthusiastically. They planted a sapling to create a green corner. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the students. The event was conducted successfully with whole-hearted participation and awareness about plants.
The celebrations concluded with everyone pledging to take the initiative of saving the environment and doing their bit for a cleaner and greener Mother Earth. Overall the programme was a great success with everyone’s effort.
