A doctorate in management with professional degrees in pharmacy, hospital administration and management in education and marketing, Dr.Kanak Lata is an acclaimed professional with more more than 22 years of experience in teaching, training, administration and team management. She has excellent interpersonal, analytical and troubleshooting skills to lead an organization and achieve the set goals. She has been instrumental in establishing the AICTE approved new technical college. She has held academic leadership positions for several years. She has also undergone training of various facets, as the likes of Faculty Development Program (FDP grant by Department of Science& Technology, AICTE and AKTU),
She has co-authored the book published of Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence and intellectual Property Rights and presented the papers in HRM and Marketing Management in various National and International journals and has presented papers in various management conferences. Two times, she had received the Appreciation Award and commendation letter from the Ratriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, Technical wing, Uttar Pradesh for her appreciable contribution in the education. The first award she has received in the witness of VC, CCSU Dr.Taneja and VC, AKTU ,Dr.Vinay Pathak in 2018 and again the in the presence of VC,Gautam Budha University Dr.Bhagwati Prakash Sharma in 2020, she is the certified faculty of Universal Human Values and active member of Universal Human Values (UHV) wing of NCR working under supervision of AICTE_NCCIP and UHV Cell of AKTU,
She is heading various committees in the institutions as a chairperson – Anti-ragging committee, Disciplinary committee, Women safety cell, Grievance redressal committee etc.
she is also a member of Ratriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, technical wing of Uttar Pradesh, She is the life time member of Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA), and Indian Pharmacy Graduate association (IPGA)
