Metro College of Health Sciences & Research (Pharmacy) participated
in a virtual session on “Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023”
with Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 27thJanuary 2023. The purpose of the event was to ease the
stress of examination and to guide the students towards learning process.
The
themes for the students were“Know your freedom Fighters”, “Our culture is our pride”, “My book my inspiration”, “Save Environment for future generations”, “My life, my health”, “My start-up
dream”, “STEM education/ education without boundaries”, “Toys and Games for Learning in Schools”.
For students and their parents, PM Modi provided inspiring mantras for
overcoming exam stress and achieving success in life. He inspired the students
to determine their abilities, interests, and career goals by sharing some
unique mantras. He discussed several components of student life while also
sharing his own experiences.
PM Modiemphasized that exam is just a part of our
lives and students should manage the time for the study giving appropriate time
to each subject even the subject with least interest should givenpriority as
compared to other subjects. He suggested that students should be confident
about what they have studied and should not worry much about the parts that they
could not cover.
PM Modi also advised the parents to not force
their dreams and ambitions on their children. His guidancewas that "We
should observe the students' strength, capacity, dreams, ambitions. Students
should focus and follow their dreams”.
MCHSR students attended the virtual session in seminar hall. It
was very motivatingand interactive
session.
The program was organized with
the support and encouragement from hon’ble Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta, MD
MCHSR, Director, Metro Group of Hospitals Dr. Kanak Lata,
Director-Education, in the presence of the dignitaries, Dr. Praveen K. Gaur,
Principal, MCHSR, Dr. Krishna Kumar Verma Vice-Principal MCHSR, Mr.
Gaurav Sethi, Head HR-Admin MCHSR, faculty members and students.
